Most frequent questions and answers
What can I expect for my first lesson?
Lessons are tailored to meet individual needs, whether you are a beginner or just need fine-tuning. We’ll discuss what’s right for you at the time of booking your lessons.
I’m interested in your 5-lesson package. Do I need to pay the full $275 before I start?
You can choose to pay $275 when booking your lessons, or pay-as-you-go $65 for each of the first 4 lessons and then just a final $15 for your 5th lesson.
Can I use my own car, or do I use the Y•Drive car?
We offer modern cars to ensure the highest level of safety, or you can use your own car if you prefer.
Do you offer lessons in an automatic or manual car?
We have both automatic and manual cars available for lessons.
Can I use the Y•Drive car for my driving licence test?
Yes – we’ll take you for a pre-test drive and stay with you until your test is completed. Cost is $95.
